- NATURE OF THE GOODS
The goods for sale are those described on the pages of Waxman Brothers, where the name of the product and any description contain the essential characteristics of the goods.
- PRICES
All prices include VAT (where applicable). The reference currency for all transactions is the Euro (EUR).
- AVAILABILITY
All goods for sale on Waxman Brothers are in stock and ready for shipment. The product catalog is updated in real time according to the actual availability of the products themselves.
- METHOD OF DELIVERY
The delivery methods available are shipping via express courier and standard courier and collection at the point of sale. In the case of shipment by courier, the purchased goods are shipped by express or standard courier to the destination address specified by the Customer in the order form. Delivery times are estimated within 2-5 working days from shipment (depending on the shipping method selected) except for any delays attributable to the carrier. The Merchant undertakes to ship the goods within two working days from the moment of receipt of the order, except for any delays due to technical problems or in any case within the terms established by law. Orders with payment by bank transfer in advance will be processed after the Merchant has verified the payment. The shipping costs, indicated at the bottom of the order form, are charged to the customer. At any time, the customer can check the status of their orders and obtain the waybill number of shipments already made. At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to check the number of packages and carefully check the external appearance of the packages. If the number of packages delivered does not correspond to that indicated, depending on the case, on the waybill, on the accompanying invoice or on the transport document, or if the shipment packaging shows signs of tampering, alterations or deformations that could cause assuming any damage or alteration of the content, the Customer may refuse the delivery or, alternatively, accept it by signing the delivery note with the words "WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL" in order to be able to check the contents of the shipment and ascertain the good condition of the goods . In the event that one or more products are not in perfect condition because they have been damaged during transport, the Customer must promptly inform the Merchant. The latter will at his own expense and in the shortest possible time to replace the damaged products or, if this is not possible, to reimburse the Customer for their amount. In the case of collection at the point of sale, the customer must print the receipt of the order and, with this, go at his own expense to collect the goods at the merchant's point of sale. - METHOD OF PAYMENT
The payment methods available are electronic payment by credit card or PayPal account.
- BILLING
The customer who wishes to receive a tax invoice is required to request it expressly, by sending communication via email once the order has been placed. Receipts are issued at the time of order fulfillment. A paper copy of the receipt is attached to the goods. At any time, the Customer can view and print their receipts from the order page.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 6/09/2005, n.206, the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, communicating to the Merchant his will to make use of this right in one of the following ways: e-mail or fax sent to the Merchant's Customer Service (using the contact details indicated on the "Contacts" page available at the URL https://medolce.it/pages/contatti); recommended a / R. addressed to the merchant's registered office. The goods must be returned to the Merchant intact, in unaltered conditions and complete with the original packaging, at the Customer's expense no later than 14 days from the subsequent communication by the Merchant of the authorization to return the goods. The Merchant will re-credit the Customer the amount of the products as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Merchant has received knowledge of the Customer's will to exercise the right of withdrawal, by carrying out a bank transfer to the Customer's current account, by sending a non-transferable bank check made out to the Customer, or by canceling the online transaction by credit card (depending on the payment method used by the Customer). The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed by customers with a VAT number and to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. - JURISDICTION
For any dispute concerning distance selling, the civil judge of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer will be competent, if located within the Italian State (Article 12 of Legislative Decree 50/1992); in all other cases the Parma court will be competent.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SERVICE
Without prejudice to these Conditions of sale, the use of the Waxman Brothers website is governed by the General Conditions of Use of the Service.
